Recent Father of the Year winner Larry Birkhead and his daughter Dannielynn visited the grave of Anna Nicole Smith this last week in Nassau, Bahamas.
Luckily, by sheer coincidence, Entertainment Tonight was there to capture the heart-breaking moments for posterity.
A picture-perfect father and daughter looked resplendent as they made their non-exploitive visitations. This, in fact, is the the 17-month-old's first trip back to visit her mother's grave, one year after her mother's sudden death.
In an a multi-part interview to begin airing on Wednesday, February 6th, Birkhead says the visit is difficult for him, but he arranged it for his daughter.

"It's tough. Even though she doesn't understand, it was important for us to come. One day I can tell her that we went to visit her mom."
According to reporters, who just happened to be close by, when the Birkhead's arrived at the unmarked gravesite, Dannielynn placed a pink toy turtle on Anna Nicole's plot and whispered, "mama."
